corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages

the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty,

FUND UTILIZATION / REFUND POLICY
Hope Community Village is a Registered Society receives donations from Private individuals /
Corporate / Concerned Government Authorities / Hope Community Village UK.
The entire fund collected through the payment gateway is being used for the projects attached to
this program. The charity donations received through DONATE / SPONSOR A CHILD /
OFFER A MEAL are linked to our donation account by name Chairman Hope Community
Village. The same is meant for charity activities prescribed in the bylaw of Hope Community
Village. Under no circumstances donations received to this account will be refunded.

Data Protection:

The contact information you give us will be stored on our secure database. We will never
pass it on to a third party but will use it to keep you informed about the progress of Hope. We will treat your information in a safe, secure, sensitive and confidential way. We may also send you newsletters and information about upcoming events but you can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
